Charles Rice, Certified Public Accountant
Mr. Rice attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and East Carolina University, graduating from ECU with a Batchelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting. Member of ECU's Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor society, and Beta Gamma Sigma school of business honor society. Mr. Rice has thirty years experience in the accounting field. He is past president of the Coastal Plains Chapter of NCACPA (1997-98), also serving on the board of directors of NCACPA (2000-2003).

Ms. Modlin graduated from East Carolina University with a BS/MSA, magna cum laude. While at ECU she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor society and Beta Gamma Sigma school of business honor society. Molly has more than twelve years of experience in accounting.

Mrs. Edwards graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Accounting. She is a Notary Public licensed in North Carolina.

Charles Rice, Jr. (Chaz), Associate 
Mr. Rice graduated from The Hill School in Pottstown, PA. He earned a B.A. from North Carolina State University. He also studied abroad at Bond University in Australia. Charles holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License. Previously, his experience is in commercial real estate. In Raleigh, he worked as an Assisant Vice President for Commercial Carolina/Cushman & Wakefield.
